If you are bringing equipment to our office for repair, you can save time at the counter by having the Repair Request Form shown below already filled out.   In fact, you can take advantage of our Free Drive-Up Valet Repair Service click here for more details) and never leave the comfort of your own car!  

Shipping in a laptop computer from out of town?    Just pack the unit up securely, with the Repair Request Form below filled out.   (Be sure to include your password if sending a computer so that we can get into the system!)   Mail to the address shown at the bottom of this page.   Your unit will be diagnosed within 1 business day after arrival.
