Some Toshiba warranty repairs can only be done at the Toshiba Depot
Some Toshiba models, including many of the Satellite models, can only be repaired under warranty at the Toshiba depot, as per Toshiba's warranty requirements. To find out if this is the case, just go to the Toshiba website, www.warranty.toshiba.com, to enter your serial number, or else call us at 713-467-9390. Either the Toshiba website or else our Customer Care Representative will let you know whether your machine has to be serviced at the Toshiba depot or can be serviced here at our Houston location.
