We partnered with Atiwa several years ago to help ensure HIPAA compliance with our technology. One of the best decisions ever made! The technicians are knowledgeable about HIPAA requirements. I’m not an IT person but had to fill that role by default. Atiwa set up a secure network and implemented 24/7 monitoring software that ended the daily headaches of expired antivirus software, malfunctioning PCs and inappropriate use of PCs by staff which freed up so much of my time. Their customer service is outstanding. We still use some quirky, outdated programs. Atiwa has accommodated these needs and keeps the programs functioning at acceptable levels. I had a great experience with Atiwa Computing. The use of the items was for my husband’s birthday celebration where I planned to show videos from his early years on. Having had no experience using screens and projectors Chris invited me to come by early to have a quick training session. The equipment worked as promised and the video segment of the celebration was a big hit. I appreciated his insight that based upon the number of attendees a larger screen was not needed, which of course saved me money. I would definitely recommend the services of Atiwa.

Fast service, efficient & very helpful

I mostly dealt with Chris and the owner and they were both amazing people to deal with. They were extremely understanding, they helped me test the speakers out multiple times for the wedding at my house and overall I absolutely loved their service as well as professionalism. The speakers I rented were the fender passport sound system and I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed renting those out for a party of any kind!

We have used Atiwa for many years now, they are extremely good at what they do. When you need them they are there. During COVID shutdown we needed to get remote fast, within 24 hours ATIWA had laptops ready to be picked up by all my employees to work from home on the network as if they were in the office. I needed several laptops for the HISD Graduations that happened around Houston in June 2020, and the laptops would be responsible for playing videos from many celebrities and PowerPoints from each high school. Well the laptops from Atiwa Computing handled the job flawlessly! Each laptop matched, all the way down to the carry bag and accessories. They were also extremely helpful in helping to make sure that all laptops had the correct HDMI output needed to connect to the video equipment at the locations. My personal laptop took a dive, and I was in desperate need of a substitute laptop (I’m in the job market and a laptop is indispensable) while mine was sent off to Dell for repairs. A quick Google search led me to Atiwa, so I called and spoke to Chris. In a matter of minutes, I was at their store picking up my rental unit, which worked perfectly for my needs. From pick-up to drop-off 2 weeks later, the entire experience was seamless and efficient. My hat is off to Chris and his staff, particularly Anabelle, who called me after I turned the laptop in, just to make sure I was satisfied with their services. In the past, I have not had any luck with IT companies. I always end up with someone who really doesn’t understand my concern and takes forever to fix the problem. I am happy to say that I am impressed with Atiwa. They worked with me to isolate the problem and within 45 minutes they had it fixed. This was a problem which several other people had looked at but could not figure it out. Atiwa are pros with the SonicWall and understanding business networks. High recommend them.
